City Palace of Jaipur is a leading attractive palace in Rajasthan. The royal family in Jaipur is still in existence and they are noted as successor of Maharaja Sawai Man Singh. If we talk about city palace, it is the only palace which is still the residence of the royal family. The other forts and palaces are abandoned and are used just as for tourism purpose undertaken by Rajasthan government, except City Palace. The City Palace is divided into two major Mahals; the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal.
